THE LOVE OF THE JERSEY

Every Wednesday afternoon, Nino visits his grandfather to listen to him talk about his Neapolitan youth and his fondness for Napoli and OM. One day, among the old man's belongings, he finds a jersey worn by... Alain Giresse. To satisfy his grandson's curiosity, Giresse revealed his "war treasure": a suitcase full of shirts worn by legends of the Marseille club.

But, much to the ex Orange Vélodrome player's dismay, the collection is incomplete: Maradona's jersey is missing, given to the Pibe del Oro during the negotiations initiated by Bernard Tapie and Michel Hidalgo to welcome him to Marseille at the turn of the 1990s.

Nino sets out to get his hands on this "collector's item", tracing the history of the club and that of his grandfather, traveling from France to the dregs to discover Alfio's playing past.
