Sales by the company PANINI FRANCE SA are subject to the following terms and conditions which the buyer agrees to without limitation or reserve, as soon as they submit a completed order along with payment to the OM Official Store store.
These general terms of sale specifically outline the conditions for ordering, payments, shipping and handling of potential returns of products ordered by buyers.
The buyer is free to consult these terms and conditions at any time by clicking on the 'terms and conditions' link found on every page of the site. Thus, any product order from the OM Official Store store placed by a buyer signals the final and irrevocable consent of the customer to all terms and conditions set out below.
You may receive commercial offers through our intermediary from other partner companies or subsidiaries. If you do not wish to receive these offers please simply follow the steps mentioned below.
Under the French Data Protection Act of 06/01/78, you have the right to view and rectify data concerning you. This data may be passed on to third parties in accordance with the law. To make changes, please send your request in writing to Boutique OM Official Store - BP 222 - 27933 Gravigny Cedex. 2. WAYS TO PLACE AN ORDER
The buyer can place an order with the OM Official Store store using the following methods:
- By credit/debit card directly on the website by filling out an order form and paying by credit/debit card using a secure transaction method.
- By Paypal. Pay safely and quickly through your PayPal account without disclosing your card number.
By placing an order through one of the above two approaches, the purchaser is entering into a binding agreement.
The buyer will receive a confirmation e-mail for any order made through the OM Official Store store as soon as is possible if the buyer has entered their e-mail address correctly on the data form.
the OM Official Store store advises customers who order directly from the website to save or print a copy of the order form until they receive the confirmation e-mail from the OM Official Store store.
the OM Official Store store reserves the right to request proof of address from any new customer before confirming the order (electricity or phone bill or rent receipt).

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The PANINI FRANCE SA company presents products for sale on its website with the characteristics required under Article L 111-1 of the French Consumer Code which allows the potential buyer to know the essential characteristics of the products they wish to buy before finalising the order.

The offers presented by the OM Official Store store are only valid subject to stock availability, as indicated on the server.
The selection and purchase of a product are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The OM Official Store store cannot be held responsible for any inability to use the product purchased for any reason whatsoever, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 8.
The sale prices of the products are by default displayed in Euros inclusive of tax (€ inclusive of tax).
Product prices can change at any time based on the pricing policy of manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors and the OM Official Store store. The sale price of a product is the price that is shown online:
- At the time of placing the order online for an online payment.
- At the time the OM Official Store store receives the fax for a fax order.
Sale price of a product is used to mean the price exclusive of shipping costs.
The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs which are billed in addition to the sale price of the products. Shipping costs vary depending on the location.
The buyer will always be informed of the shipping costs before confirming the order, and payment will be requested from the buyer for the total purchase amount, inclusive of the price of the products ordered and the shipping costs. Thus, by confirming payment of the order the buyer is confirming that they agree to pay the related shipping costs. Shipping costs cannot therefore constitute a valid reason for questioning the order after final confirmation.
Customers outside the EEC and DOM / TOM will have to pay customs fees and the VAT in force in their country or territory.
The customs duty is calculated on the basis of the price of the goods + transport + insurance (if any).
VAT is calculated on the basis of the price of the goods + transport + insurance (if any) + customs duty.
5. TERMS OF PAYMENT
The OM Official Store store reserves the right to suspend the processing and shipping of orders in the event of any credit/debit card payment being declined or non payment.
Paying by credit/debit card:
The amount shown on your confirmation e-mail will be debited from your account. If some items are not available immediately, their value will be debited when they are shipped.
We don't accept Payment by cheque.
6. COMPLETE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Exchange or refund: if you are not happy with an item, return it within 14 days and it will be exchanged or refunded.
NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS FOR PERSONALISED SHIRTS
UNDER ARTICLE L121-20-2 OF THE FRENCH CONSUMER CODE printed shirts with personalised name and number or any other specification can not be returned or exchanged.
Special characters like,; . 'è é to' ()> <-_ € @ (non-exhaustive list) can not be flocked unless they appear in a list of players associated with the jersey. In case of non receipt of your package any claim by phone or by the contact form must be made within 30 days after the date of your order. After this period, no claim can be taken into account.
7. EXCHANGE OR RETURN
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return the items in their original packaging as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt.
Send the package by signed recorded delivery.
You must include the packing slip for the returned items.
Make sure your address on the packing slip is correct.
If you are claiming a refund for a returned item, with no exchange, please ensure that the total value of retained items does not affect your eligibility for any gift you were entitled to.
NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS FOR PERSONALISED SHIRTS
If any items are being returned due to being 'faulty', please specify the nature of the fault in a separate letter.
A CD or DVD will only be replaced after our technical services have confirmed a fault; a refund request will only be accepted if the protective film is intact.
Returns of orders delivered in december are exceptionally accepted until 15th january
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code.
The consumer shall have a period of fourteen days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay penalties, except, where applicable, the cost of return shipping. This deadline may be waived in the event that the consumer was unable to take action and/or needed to make use of an immediate service necessary for their living conditions. In this event they would continue to hold their right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
