If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have ordered, Official Store OM will refund you.

1) Go to the « MY RETURNS » tab in your account area. Find all your orders, select the order concerning the item(s) to be refunded and the reasons for the refund & validate your request.
2) Your request will be handled by our services.
- If your request is accepted, you will receive an email including the return voucher and the procedure to follow below.
- If it is declined, you will be notified by email.

3) Once we have received your parcel with the validated return voucher, the product(s) will be checked by our teams.
If the items comply with the return conditions, we will proceed to refund by using the method of payment you used when you made the purchase.
